We do not supervise or control their work unless explicitly agreed in writing

Any contract for works is solely between you and the third party
We accept no responsibility or liability for the acts, omissions, or performance of third parties.
7. Performance and Outcomes
All advice, modelling, and projections are based on available data, assumptions, and standard methodologies.
We do not warrant or guarantee:

Comfort levels
Actual outcomes will vary depending on factors outside our control, including workmanship, materials, occupancy behaviour, and site conditions.
8. Reports and Intellectual Property
All reports, drawings, and documents remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
You are granted a non-transferable licence to use them for your property only.

Our services rely on information provided by you and third parties (including surveys, EPC data, and existing drawings).
We shall not be liable for any loss arising from:

Hidden defects or conditions not reasonably identifiable

Limitations inherent in non-invasive surveys
10. Fees and Payment
Fees will be agreed in advance.
Unless otherwise stated:

Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced

We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
11. Cancellations
If you cancel:

Before work begins: a refund may be issued (subject to admin costs)

After work begins: fees are payable for work completed
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services where necessary.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Our total liability arising out of or in connection with our services shall be limited to the level of our professional indemnity insurance cover, or the fee paid (whichever is lower), unless otherwise agreed in writing
